Meet the Founder / Creative Director:
I’ve never made an introductory post because I’ve always thought it was just an odd thing to do, nor did I know what to say. Yet, here I am. So for those who have not been formally introduced to me yet…
I’m Nijil Staley.
Now, before we go any further, let’s set the record straight:
Im aesthetic, not artistic.
A phrase that I used to say half-jokingly, has now become not only the easiest way to explain who I am, but also a way to explain what I do. I don’t sketch in notebooks, paint murals, nor really anything “artistic.” But aesthetics — yeah, I live for that.
Being aesthetic is about intention. It’s about making visual choices that speak louder than words, and creating a vibe that people actually want to engage with.
That mindset is what led me to build STA&CO. — A creative studio that lives at the intersection of branding, photography, and social media. We specialize in the subtle details that make people stop scrolling, pause in a space, or connect to a brand or person. Through clean visuals, thoughtful strategy, and storytelling that works across platforms, we shape identities with intention.
I’m not here to be artistic; I’m here to be aesthetic. Equal parts intuitive and analytical. I help brands and people not only look like they know who they are, but also feel like they belong exactly where they’re going.
