Screen Print Manager (Reports to: Director of Operations)
As a What the Fin staff member, this person will occasionally perform duties and tasks outside of normal position responsibilities., and will uphold the position responsibilities & value statements listed below:
Key Position Responsibilities

Leads the screen print production team that includes the finishing department.
Organizes and prioritizes the various daily/weekly/monthly projects and tasks and delegates accordingly to screen print team members for completion according to deadlines.
Able to fully operate an automatic & manual screen-printing press including all aspects of setting up and tearing down jobs.

Hours/Compensation: This role is full time at 40 hours per week.
This role is hourly-based compensation (negotiable and based on experience). We offer a benefits package.
***Required to apply: 5 to 10 years experience as a print manager or lead printer of M&R automatic press.
