To ensure I can continue providing the high-quality, custom pieces you love, I’m sharing a few updated shop policies:

• Payment: To get your project on my calendar, all payments are due in full before work begins. I currently accept Venmo, Cash, or Card for your convenience.

• Creative Trust: My goal is always to bring your vision to life! While I love hearing your ideas, I do use my professional judgment—honed over hundreds of custom sweatshirts—to make final design decisions that ensure the best possible result.

• The Nature of Handmade: Each "memory" item is a labor of love, often taking over an hour of dedicated time to digitize and stitch. Because of the custom, time-intensive nature of this work, I do not offer discounts or refunds.
