Afghanistan Phase 3 Crisis (February - April 2017): Due to increasing conflict, displacement, repatriation mainly from Pakistan, and the weak labor market, the number of people in need of emergency food assistance is expected to significantly increase. La Niña-like impacts, which will drive below-average rainfall, are likely to lower yields on winter wheat, reducing food access for the poor. Read more at goo.gl/lluwLo
