Did you know that photos are one of the top ways to get potential customers interested in your products? This is especially true of food items. Your business should try to post at least once a day with photos of food, products, etc. If you have daily specials, like soups, photos of each should be posted. A lot of people go to a business' social media sites prior to purchasing from them.

Running for office in late 2019? In 2020? Get your web site, volunteer sign-ups, and donation forms up now! You're already running behind if you haven't done this for elections this year, and it's getting pretty tight for those running next year. You really want to start getting things set up 18-24 months ahead of your election. This might seem like a lot of time, but it routinely takes a campaign - especially smaller ones - months just to put together and approve text for the biography, issues page, and more. You really want your site to be filled with information and ready to go at least a year out from your election, as that gives you time to build up an audience for it, be building up your campaign's bank account, and give a way for volunteers to get involved.

Something I've been helping a lot of people with lately are limited-time events/activities. The kind where you need to get information out about a grant process, credentialing, etc and it only needs to be available for a year or so. We build them out as part of their existing web site, but separated enough so that staff from another organization or volunteers outside the office can manage this part of the site without having access to do so to the rest of the site.
