State leaders down in Cheyenne are pledging to keep pushing for complete limits until all pregnancy-related care options are restricted in Wyoming.

At the exact same time, statewide polling from the University of Wyoming shows a very different breakdown among actual residents when it comes to reproductive healthcare access:

- 10% support a total ban.

- 31% support restrictions with exceptions for assault, in**st, or maternal life.

- 20% support exceptions once medical need is established.

- 39% believe the decision should remain a personal choice.

That means 90% of Wyomingites favor some level of medical exceptions or personal privacy, even as legislative caucuses push the opposite direction.

That is actually starting to take shape across our dirt roads and small towns.

Two big shifts are rolling out:

UW Doctor Pipelines: The University of Wyoming’s family medicine residency added dedicated rural tracks specifically for emergency care and delivering babies. The goal is training docs right here on our soil so they actually stick around our counties instead of leaving for big-city hospitals.

Clinics on Wheels: State grant programs are funding mobile health units, literally clinics on wheels, to bring preventative care, screenings, and routine care straight out to agricultural communities and outlying ranches.
