Well hello there! Yes, it's been some time.
I just wanted to drop by and let people know what's going on in the t-shirt shop world right now.

As we all know, 2020 was a wreck and I think everyone is like us and sort of blocked it from memory! Here in good ol' 2021, like many industries, the screen printing industry has been dealing with shortages. Resins used to make inks, chemicals for cleaning, reclaiming screens, emulsions used for making screens and more have all been much harder to come by this year. You can't print without inks, but without shirts, you can't print either, right? In my 15+ years in the industry, I've never seen it like this. Many people are under the impression that we keep shirts in stock. There are just too many variables to keep much inventory, and luckily I have several vendors to choose from, 5 of which are thankfully here in DFW. From basic white tees, to high end fashion garments, the supply chain has been decimated for months, and shows no immediate sign of getting better. What used to take just a couple minutes to order blanks is now taking 20-30 minutes of searching, only to have to spend another 20-30 for a good substitute blank. On some orders, it takes longer to find shirts than it does to actually print them. Did I also mention shipping delays?!?! They're becoming more common.

We have been blessed to have made it through 2020 and have had a huge jump back in to business this year. Currently we're a little short staffed, and are working 10 hour days, plus weekends just to keep our heads above water. We are running at a 3 week turnaround at this time, so please plan ahead when needing printing.

Just putting this out there...
We plan on staying open during the quarantine. Being a small shop helps keep exposure low. However, since we are a small shop, any slow time affects us quite a bit. Schools are our biggest clientele, and without them, we will be out a lot of income in the foreseeable future. If there's any printing need you have, please don't hesitate to call.
