We are in a contract for DFY reels.

So why am I coaching in our DMs? Because I fkn care about my clients' success, duh! 🤪

My content obviously converts but as an Instagram Strategist I know that more conversions can happen if we look at the big picture.

I hate when I see bottlenecks within my client's pathways.

Yesterday inside DM to Client Lab, I audited two completely different service providers.

Different industries.
Different offers.
Different personalities.

Same exact problem.

Neither of them were positioning THEMSELVES as the reason the transformation happens.

One was positioning the automation as the hero.
The other was positioning the software as the hero.

Meanwhile I’m sitting there like:

BABE.
YOU are the reason this works.

Most people don’t need a call yet

They need something that feels easy to say yes to

Low risk
Low pressure
Low commitment

But that’s not what most people are offering

They’re jumping straight to
“join my email list”
“book a call”
“apply here”

And it feels like too much

So people don’t move

Not because they’re not interested
But because they’re not ready for that level of access yet

At the beginning of the buyer’s journey, people want to stay at a distance

They want to read something
Listen to something
Observe a little

Without feeling like they’re being pulled in

This is where low-risk, low-touch entry points matter

A blog post
A podcast
Something they can engage with on their terms

No pressure
No expectations

When you meet them there, they stay longer
They trust faster
They actually move forward

But if you skip this step, you lose them early

Because you’re asking for too much too soon

The real question isn’t “what should I offer?”

It’s
“what feels safe for them right now?”

That’s how you start getting real movement

Are views important?

Yeah, they are.

Are they like "that girl"? ... No.

Here's the thing:

If your post gets a lot of views but hardly any likes or comments, that's a problem.

People aren't wanting to hit any buttons and engage with it. Nothing is making them move.

If people aren't, engaging your post will stall out.

Those views you were excited about? They're gonna plateau and then stop altogether.

I like to focus on the views AND the engagement.

Is your post getting views AND likes, comments, shares? Now, we are talking! 😂

This is a good sign that your post is not only resonating but it's also going to keep up with the momentum.
