Conventional Multi unit lower down payment!!

2-4 multi unit properties as a primary residence with LESS down.
Fannie Mae lower required down payment from 15-25% (conventional loans). Starting November 18th you can now put down as little as 5% on a conventional loan!

FHA option for 1-4 unit property would remain at 3.5% down.

This will help first time buyers create cash flow and set themselves up for some passive future income!
