Job Description:
Locally owned and operated leading sign fabrication and Installation Company is seeking to add to its sales force. Looking for a full-time Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our business in Louisiana and Southern Mississippi area. While we are a full-service sign company, we specialize in commercial signage; pylons, monuments, LED message centers, wall signs, exterior/interior building and parking lot lighting.

The successful candidate will be:
• A true "hunter", comfortable with a salary / commission driven compensation program.
• Be the type of salesperson that can uncover and relentlessly pursue sales opportunities from industries and individuals that purchase and service signs such as advertising and marketing agencies, builders and developers, property management companies, hospitals, colleges and schools, etc.
• To be successful quickly, you should have a current list of warm contacts in any/all these industries to approach them about their signage needs.
• You should also have the ability to generate your own sales leads along with working those leads we may provide.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and effectively present product features and benefits to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with the project manager and executive team to develop innovative sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• High energy and enthusiasm for sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Products
Experience in the sign industry with portfolio REQUIRED.

Prior outside sales experience selling signs and services strongly preferred.
You must have your own reliable transportation. Ability to be accountable, work with a minimum amount of supervision along with a professional appearance and enthusiastic personality are minimum requirements for your success in this position.
