Let's talk email marketing. A lot of you conduct business solely in the DMs, which is a slight problem. The marketing, even the sales to an extent, can go down in the DMs. However, you should still professionally use email as a primary form of communication because it is traceable. When was the last time you couldn't access your emails? I know a smart alec who loves to debate will question and disagree.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These social media platforms can go away at any time, so if you rely on them to communicate, track leads, sales, and agreements, this could be dangerous for your business. If these platforms shut down or stop operating, what will you do? Enough said, right?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For those of you who want to say I don't have a lead magnet or anything to offer or sell right now doesn't mean you should stop marketing your brand. To ABC (Always Be Closing), you must ABS (Always Be Selling), and to do that, you must ABM (Always Be Marketing). Never get complacent in your business. You never know when you might need more sales, new clients, or customers.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Rather you have an offer or not; you still need to nurture your audience and grow your email list. When Black Friday gets around, or you decide to drop that offer or website, don't get mad when you hear crickets because you didn't put sales systems in place. You can't pop out the blue and drop an offer, product, program, challenge, or book and think people are going to throw credit cards at you for nothing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Start building connections and pouring into the audience you have now. That increases your chances to make more sales when you do figure out what to promote. You don't need to wait to build raving fans or a waitlist. It's an excuse not to build the list and not do the work. Girl, if you don't, go be great today! Questions? Comment below.
