Does your kid have a business? Hampstead Marketing and Design in partnership with the Hampstead Farmers Market is opening up for another amazing Youth Farmers Market opportunity.

This past event saw over 3,000 attendees! We are holding a second event, last one of the year, on the last day of the farmer's market. Saturday September 26th.

Registration is open, this is free to attend but you must be 17 years old or younger. You are also required to provide everytghin yourself, tables, chairs, products, cash and signage.

Thank you again to all the kids who participated in my third annual Youth Farmer's Market! Every year I look forward to holding this event for them and introducing entreprenuership to lots of kids, I know that one day at least one of these kids will make it big, or at the very least run a successful business!

We had over 30 kid vendors and 3,000 commuinnty members attend!

The wait is almost over! Join us on Saturday, July 11 for one of the most inspiring events of the summer, the Youth Farmers Market at the Hampstead Farmers Market!

Come meet dozens of young entrepreneurs, ages 17 and under, who have spent weeks and even months creating products, growing businesses, and preparing for this special day. From handmade crafts and artwork to baked goods, jewelry, plants, home décor, and unique creations you won't find anywhere else, every purchase supports a child who is learning what it means to dream big, work hard, and build something of their own.

This isn't just a shopping event. It's a chance to encourage the next generation of business owners, creators, farmers, inventors, and community leaders. Every conversation, every purchase, and every word of encouragement helps build confidence that can last a lifetime.

This is a combo admin and marketing job, if you want a creative position this isn't really it, if you want to wrk hard and make $20-$25 an hour and have experience in social media this might be a good fit for you.

This position includes a combination of administrative support and marketing responsibilities, including:
• Assisting with general office administrative tasks
• Organizing digital project files and documentation
• Maintaining spreadsheets and project tracking Microsoft Excel
• Preparing reports, documents, and emails in Microsoft Word
• Data entry and maintaining accurate project records
• Organizing marketing assets including photos and videos
• Assisting with social media scheduling and content preparation
• Writing project summaries, captions, and website content
• Supporting Google Business, Facebook, and LinkedIn updates
• Assisting the Marketing Director with ongoing marketing initiatives
• Helping maintain an organized library of project photography
• Occasionally visiting jobsites to photograph projects and document major milestones
• Providing additional administrative support as needed

Using months of brainstorming notes, sketches, conversations, and artwork we'd already created together, I built the back cover almost like a vintage album sleeve. Handwritten notes, track-inspired titles, layered textures, and visual references all came together to make it feel as though readers were holding something they might have discovered in a record store decades ago.

Every graphic designer has those rare moments where everything simply clicks...

More than anything, this book reminded me why I love creating artwork that begins with a blank sheet of paper instead of a template. Great design isn't about following trends. It's about listening, researching, collaborating, and finding visual metaphors that tell a story before a reader even opens

Due to rain tomorrow our Youth farmer's market has moved to July 11th's date. This move has caused a large number of registrants to be unable to attend. If your child is an entreprenuer please consider signing them up for the Youth Farmers Market, this is completely free for them and they can come sell things they make or share their bus8iness with the community and hopefully earn some summer cash!
