Job Title: Sales Representative

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative to cover the Lakes Region, North Conway, and some of the northern NH regions. This role is pivotal in driving sales, expanding our customer base, and promoting our products in a vibrant and scenic region. If you are passionate about craft beer sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Present and promote our products effectively to maximize sales.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and competitors.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the craft beer industry. 2yrs preferred
- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the Lakes Region, North Conway, Lincoln, northern NH area is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
- Ability to lift cases of beer and move kegs.
