FiveBase We offer web/portal design, integration/web services design, custom web/mobile apps, commercial software configuration and database reporting solutions.

Headquartered in New Jersey, Fivebase, LLC is a software consulting and development services firm focused on providing quality consulting as well as application design and integration solutions. We currently staff consultants covering several core competencies and geographic locations. Formerly Virtulink, LLC, Fivebase was founded by Mike Petrie who had spent the previous 10 years as a enterprise

wide software consultant and sales engineer in the health and human services field. Much of that time was spent crafting web based solutions to address a large number of tasks including billing, accounting, client management, database management and reporting, system integration and electronic charting (Electronic Medical Records-EMR). Using these solutions, Mike has provided hundreds of presentations and consultations to small, medium and large size for profit and non profit organizations. In 2009, Mike founded Virtulink, LLC. The result was a synergy of a web services, web design and consulting services firm offering rich customer, technology and project experience. In the years that followed, Virtulink and our core group of consultants provided configuration and development to a diverse group of customers covering a diverse list of products. In December 2012, Chuck Dixon joined the Virtulink team further building and strengthening our consulting services and expertise paricularly in the behavoiral health electronic medical record market place. By the end of 2013, Virtulink's service areas had solidified into five core competencies and Fivebase, your base for solutions, was born. Our five areas of products and services is as follows:

Consulting - IT consulting, process improvement, Meaningful Use, RFP / software selection and implementation / project management
Design - Web site design, web portal design, mobile app design and custom software
Integration - System interfaces and web services (e.g., salesforce, UPS, Authorize.net)
Configuration - System configuration, screen building and report design for commercial software packages (e.g., Netsmart Avatar)
Support - Ongoing project and product support and staffing. As time permits and market opportunities require, Fivebase will continually add new services and products to our core service areas. Fivebase's mission is simple: To provide quality products and services to our clients so they, in turn, can provide quality care, products and services.

Fivebase recently developed their new online enrollment portal utilizing our platform hosted in LuxSci HIPAA-compliant environment. Integrated with their internal benefits-management system, the Fivebase solution provides Allegiant's members access to review and submit their benefit elections on any connected device.

Working with the New Hampshire Hospital Information Services Team, Fivebase has developed several key tools to expand the use of their myAvatar EHR system. To aid clinical processes, we’ve designed new Widgets, Crystal Reports, and added advanced scripting logic to forms utilizing Scriptlink.

Additionally, Fivebase deployed an interface between the myAvatar EHR system and Endur ID wristband system. Utilizing a combination of data well as HL7, key information is synchronized with the Endur ID system including admissions, discharges, and orders.

Fivebase developed a web application to help Merakey, a developmental, behavioral health, and education non-profit provider, streamline client check in. During check in, clients are provided with tablets to enter in patient data that is transferred in real time to their electronic chart for clinical review.
