We're proud to have many amazing Latinos on our staff doing great things for our clients and communities, and we're excited to start celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month today! It's a time to recognize the history, culture, and lasting contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities across the U.S.

This awareness month is unique because it's the only one that begins in the middle of the month and spans into the next. Why, you may ask? The significance lies in the intentional timing that coincides with the independence days of many Central American countries, beginning on September 15 with Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua.

Now let's go eat more empanadas and pupusas!
