This is something I’d never normally share, but this message and the many conversations I’ve had with people over the last couple of weeks who have had such kind words to say, have truly touched my heart.
After stepping away from photography for a while because of burnout, getting back behind the camera came with more self-doubt than I’d like to admit. I questioned if I was good enough, if people would notice the work I poured my heart into, or if I had made the right decision coming back.
Then came messages like this. The conversations at shows. The people who stopped me just to tell me they loved my work.
Those moments have reminded me why I picked up a camera in the first place.
If you’ve taken the time to encourage me, support my business, share my work, or simply tell me you enjoy my photos, thank you. You’ll probably never know how much your words have meant during this season of my life. They have given me confidence, reminded me of my purpose, and made me fall in love with photography all over again.
