ADM Custom Creations Reassures Customers: “We’re Not Going Anywhere”
HARTFORD CITY, Ind. — November 2025 —
Despite recent rumors circulating on social media, ADM Custom Creations LLC confirms it is not closing and will continue serving customers now and into the future.
The building at 223 W. Washington Street in Hartford City, where ADM has operated for years, was recently placed on the market by the landlord. While the property remains for sale, no sale has taken place, and the business is operating normally.
Managing Partner Allen Johnson emphasized that even if the building eventually changes ownership, customers should expect continuity.
“November is the 11th Anniversary of ADM, and we plan to continue serving our customers for years to come,” Johnson said.
He added that the timing of the rumor has caused unnecessary anxiety, particularly among commercial clients who place yearly supply orders at this time of year.
“In addition to custom gifts for the holidays, many of our commercial customers traditionally place annual orders for forms, envelopes, and other print materials in November and December. We want them to know our business will be here for them,” Johnson said.
ADM Custom Creations offers a wide range of services including custom gifts, laser engraving, sublimation, print services, promotional items, and seasonal products. With the holiday season approaching, the business remains fully staffed and expects to maintain normal turnaround times.
Johnson said that if the building is sold and the new owner requires a change in tenancy, the company will relocate to another local space to continue serving the community. However, no changes are expected at this time.
