Meet Conn-Etiquette, your guide to a better ride.
Working with CTtransit and CTDOT, we created a statewide campaign that promotes kindness, respect, and courtesy across Connecticut’s transit system. Friendly visuals, clear guidance, and a big goal: making every trip better for riders and operators alike.

From the tagline and logo to hand-drawn illustrations and posters, this campaign turns the CTDOT Code of Conduct into something approachable, inclusive, and easy to follow. Because a better ride benefits everyone.
