Beautiful weekend at Braemar Golf Club at the Inaugural Minnesota Adaptive Open. Phenomenal golfers doing their best from all across the country. Categories of golfers competing included Seated Players, Intellectual Impairment, Coordination Impairment, Upper Limb Impairment, Lower Limb Impairment, Multiple Limb Amputee Impairment. A shout out to the Minnesota Golf Association, Braemar Golf Club, City of Edina the weekend and event was perfect! A special recognition to all players from across the country and all the Minnesota Adapted Golfers who made history today!! What a fantastic weekend at the inaugural Minnesota Adaptive Golf Open. Beautiful weather and great golfers from Minnesota and across the country. Thank you Braemar Golf Course , the City of Edina MN and the Minnesota Golf Association you rocked it out the park ! Lots of familiar faces at the MGA it was fun to see all you again some even 35 years ago when I worked with your organization as a consultant . Plus
10 years later on the Board of Directors representing as President of Hastings Country Club.
So many memories too many to count .

Moving forward, we are embarking on a new initiative to support adaptive golfers across the USA. This weekend, Braemar Golf Course will host the inaugural Minnesora Adaptive Golf Open. Individuals with disabilities are, in fact, no different from anyone else. We all possess unique characteristics, such as our smile, hair color, personality, and style. Ultimately, we are all Americans.

I recently purchased a new Taylor Made Spider putter from Amazon designed for women . (Link: https://amzn.to/3Uni8pd)

I am particularly impressed by the design and the Moment of Inertia (MOI) function. MOI refers to the clubhead’s resistance to twisting during an off-center hit.

A higher MOI putter is more forgiving, as it twists less and maintains ball speed and direction better on off-center strikes. This can lead to more consistent results and improved putting, especially for golfers who tend to hit the ball away from the center of the clubface.

I highly recommend this putter to anyone who needs assistance in controlling their putter posture and follow-through.
