Update:

We are nearing the end of our OLLI campaign! We have created content, seen OLLI post our work, and recommended content for them in the future. As we begin wrapping up our campaign, we will evaluate how successful our content was, and we will put together a cohesive campaign book to present to OLLI. We have had a great experience working together as an agency, and we are so excited to see the finished product of our work soon!

Yesterday Governor Tate Reeves announced that Mississippi has administered around 1 million vaccines as of last week to its citizens.

For the state, this is a start to life going back to normal. At OLLI in person classes may be back in the fall semester, but for now all classes are available via Zoom!

Weekly update:

Our campaign is really coming together; this week, we are finalizing content to propose to OLLI!

We have decided on some specific tactics for OLLI to implement, and we have designed content that they can use in the campaign. Our content has been designed to help OLLI reach their specific goals, and we will begin implementing this content on social media and more later this week and next week.

Weekly update:

We’ve been working hard on setting our goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics this week.

Based on our research and target audiences, we have set goals and objectives for our campaign. We are now working on setting a calendar and budget for the remaining elements of the campaign, as well as creating some content for OLLI to be implemented later this month and next month!

It is amazing how much technology has changed! If a pandemic had happened in the 60's who knows how out of touch with our families and reality we would be. Thank goodness for Zoom and FaceTime! An amazing thing about Zoom is that we can utilize so many things that used to be in-person. OLLI is making sure to keep its current and future members in touch with the courses they want to take by offering their courses online. Some courses OLLI is offering the rest of this week include “Square Up to Acrylic Painting” at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 4th with Traci Stover and “The Meaning of Life in World Religions” at 9 a.m. on Friday, March 5th with Amy Slagle. Weekly update:

We are so excited to be working on our campaign for OLLI this semester! So far, we have successfully completed situation analyses and conducted primary research for our campaign.

After analyzing trends in our research, we’ll turn our attention now to identifying OLLI’s target audiences and better directing our campaign to them. We are working great as a team and are looking forward to continuing our work for OLLI!
