REALTORS POST: Startling statistic that I saw recently in real estate training...
86% of buyers and sellers would use the same realtor again for a subsequent transaction. Only 16% actually do and it's because the realtor didn't keep in touch and they can't find them or they don't remember them.

One of my real estate friends in Canada posted this recently. It's amazing to me that having a SendOutCards is not part of every real estate course. Are you a realtor that doesn't have one yet? I would love to come to do a free workshop at your office!

Here's your reminder... (and pls share this with friends) if you have a Senior this year... do these things NOW...
1. Start gathering pics you're gonna want for their slideshow/grad party/invites/etc. (google photos has amazing facial recognition and can do this quickly and easily!)
2. Start a list of folks you're sending grad party invites to (all those years I got dozens of grad invites... now it's our turn!) - I'm using SendOutCards of course so I can make the card and then hit 'go' on the group called 'graduation'.
3. If you're on the unlimited plan with SendOutCards, start sending yourself a blank graduation card every day or so then you'll have blank free cards on hand when you need to rush out the door to that last-minute grad party!! Also, the unlimited plan is a smart place to be during the months of April and May so your senior can send quick thank you notes for all that's coming!! They hate to sit and write notes but if they can talk to them on their phone, attach a picture of them with the person's gift, then it's done!!
