So honored to help this organization and their Rescue Horses!
Tomorrow, lord willing and the creek don't rise, will be our very last rodeo of the year 🥹 It's been a crazy year, adding another rodeo team in addition to the travel team, and hosting our own rodeos here. It has been fun and frustrating and wonderful!
We will have concessions tomorrow and plenty of room if you'd like to come and watch. We have some benches but you're welcome to bring your own chairs as well. There is a *SLIGHT* chance of morning storms (which means we will probably get nailed 🤣) so check here before you head this way. If it looks dicey I will post in the morning.
I've posted before about this being a labor of love and it absolutely has been. I would have never imagined that I would be teaching 18 kids how to goat tie, learn about bits, how body position affects your horse's balance, how we take care of our horses before we take care of ourselves, and why having enough spoke matters 😁 These 11 that will be competing tomorrow have worked super hard to learn. They'd love it if you came to see their final go!
Also, a big HUGE thank you to our buckle sponsors! Without these folks helping, I doubt we could have pulled off prizes for everyone.
