Please join us in welcoming our 2025 Legislative Intern Charlie Snellman! Charlie is a senior at Capital High School in Helena, Montana, with a passion for healthcare, education, and public service.

Charlie is the Montana HOSA Vice President of Growth & Development and serves as a student representative on the Helena School Board of Trustees. Charlie is also a Montana delegate for the 2025 U.S. Senate Youth Program. He plans to pursue a double degree in cello performance and cell and molecular biology at Johns Hopkins University in the fall.

As a legislative intern for Treasure State Strategies, he brings his experience in advocacy and a commitment to improving access to healthcare and education in underserved communities.

This Thanksgiving, we have a lot to be thankful for at Treasure State Strategies. Earlier this month, we officially celebrated one year in business with our very first clients - LLCTLC.

In 2023, these ladies asked if we could work together. After a bit of thinking and a little encouragement I thought, “why not?” and, Treasure State Strategies became a reality.

Today I want to thank this crew for believing in me and taking a chance on a new small business. This year has brought many ups and downs, but becoming an entrepreneur is hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made.

We at TSS are so thankful that we get to go to work each day helping clients we believe in, and that we get to do work that is truly meaningful in making a wonderful place to call home.
