So unfortunately we had unexpected news that we had to leave our shop location. From the inconvenience to the very lack of communication over the last few weeks. We sincerely apologize. Once we get back up and running, we do promise to do better. Better customer service, better turn around times, same great quality of work and amazing prices. Every day we are very thankful of our customers and appreciate everyone's patience with us on this. MCG INK was started back in 2015 as just a hobby. Had zero experience printing, drawing, really anything to do with this industry. It started with a single color single station screen printing press. We were using heat guns, and a house oven to cure the shirts. Quickly improved some equipment, and just overall quality. In 2019 ,we decided to make the business legal and also open a location. The Next 3 - 4 years have been, a blessing from meeting amazing customers and alot of returning customers. And also a Rollercoaster learning how to hire help, running a business, do alot of the back end stuff that doesnt show often. 10 hour days at the shop 4 to 5 at the home office. With all the ups and downs we never gave up. Just like our customers never gave up on us either. We were fortunate enough to get even better equipment in the last couple years. We're not planning on giving up but we are excited to see were this next chapter of the business can take us. We are having a small issue finding some help to move our last equipment out but once it does get moved we will be back up and running full time again and even better than ever. Thank you for your patience, positive and negative feedback, we do understand the frustration and what we need to improve on. We want all of you to know how thankful we are and we do promise MCG INK will be your go to location again. Were hoping within a week we will have at least our Manuel presses, dryers, heatpress, dtf, and sublimation up and running. Along with good help, faster responses, quicker product turn around. We will also be more active on social media as well.
