Canvas Clusters let you move the session conversation from single canvas to full-wall installation. When a client sees one canvas and asks what else you can do with the other images, you have 13 cluster designs ready. Sizes range from 20 by 20 inches to 76 by 30 inches of wall space.

Every canvas in the cluster is hand-stretched on hardwood frames we build in our Henderson facility. Three printers, three ink chemistries, three matched substrates. Most labs run one or two printers. We invested in the right machine for each surface so no product line compromises for another. Canvas prints on the Epson SureColor S80600 with UltraChrome GS3 resin inks.

We stretch each canvas in a cluster separately. Not once as a set. Thirteen times your file has to be perfect.

When a Canvas Cluster order comes in, the first thing we do is open your sizing template. Each panel gets its own wrap allowance calculation. C7 has seven canvases. That's seven individual stretches on frames we built here in Henderson. Seven chances for a seam to show if your file didn't account for the wrap.

Most photographers move from single canvas to clusters when clients ask what else they can do with session images. The wall space goes from 16 by 20 to 76 by 30. The conversation changes. But the file prep has to change first.

Every cluster ships with a Photoshop template. The wrap allowance is already built in. 1.5 inches per side for our standard 1.5 inch depth. 2 inches per side if you go with one of the 3D depths. Every canvas that leaves our Henderson facility starts with a stretcher bar we built in-house. Solid hardwood. Cut to your exact dimensions. We stretch the printed canvas around it and staple on the back so the front face stays clean edge to edge.

That's why canvas holds tension for decades. The frame underneath matters as much as the surface.

We offer three stretcher depths: 3/4 inch for a thin modern profile, 1.5 inch for standard gallery presentation, or 2 inch for a thick statement piece. We heat-press metal prints at 400 degrees for 60 seconds. The image doesn't sit on top — it fuses into the coating.

ChromaLuxe aluminum panels. Epson F6470 dye-sub printer with Light Cyan and Light Magenta. Six-color configuration. Every print is hand-inspected under a lightbox before it ships.

Most labs run one or two printers and adapt substrates to fit the equipment they already own. We took a different approach. We invested in three printers — one matched to paper, one to canvas, one to metal. Three ink chemistries. Three substrates. No compromises.

Metal gets the Epson F6470 because dye sublimation is the only process that infuses the image into the panel coating. Heat and pressure bond the ink at the molecular level. The result holds 65+ years of gallery display per ChromaLuxe published data.

Frames are built in-house. Canvas is hand-stretched on hardwood frames we make ourselves. Every metal print is hand-inspected under a lightbox before it ships.
