She speaks publicly on the method she created to address PTSD and encourages everyone to share these simple steps with anyone who is still suffering:

Write The Trauma Process™

1. Relate to what's real about your trauma.

3. Interrupt the internal, incessant chatter about your trauma.

4. Tell your story to people who have earned your trust.

5. Embody the experience with exercise, theater games, therapy, brain training, sensory stimulation, and more.

Why do we talk about other people so much?

I was recently quoted in The Epoch Times article, "Why We Can't Stop Talking About Each Other," exploring the psychology of gossip and what it reveals about human connection. As I shared in my Psychology Today column, not all gossip is harmful. Some builds community. Some destroys trust.

One question I often ask myself is:

👉 Is this conversation helping solve a problem, or simply spreading it?

If someone brings gossip to me, I often suggest: "Please take this information to someone who can do something about it."

Healthy communication creates solutions. Gossip often creates spectators.

Have you ever turned gossip into a productive conversation?

Is gossip getting a bad rap? Experts believe we are biologically hardwired to talk about one another.

🚐🌲 New Van Life Adventure Video!
We left Louisville and headed into Hoosier National Forest, where we explored forest roads, played camp games, and tested a mosquito hack to see if it could make camping a little more enjoyable. Plus, plenty of Iris sightings. 🐾🦟

🚐 IT'S LAUNCH DAY!

After weeks of water tank troubleshooting, repairs, and delays, we're finally back on the road.

Today marks the beginning of Year 2 of Van Life as we head toward Kentucky and the next chapter of adventure, mountain biking, remote work, and freedom on the open road.

Van life isn't always sunsets and scenic campsites. Sometimes it's leaks, repairs, and learning patience. But that's part of the journey, too.

I want to acknowledge my incredible team for an amazing first quarter.

We play a little “media bingo” game internally for client wins, and when we looked back at the logos we’ve landed since January 1… even we were blown away.

And this is just a sampling.
Not comprehensive.
Just the Tier 1 wins.

A lot of publicists today will promise “coverage.”
But the real question is: are they landing the top logos? The outlets that truly move the needle for visibility, credibility, and brand authority?

I’m incredibly proud of this team for consistently showing up with strategy, persistence, creativity, and heart for our clients.

These placements didn’t happen by accident. They happened because of relationships, follow-through, pitching excellence, and a team that genuinely cares.

Grateful. Proud. Inspired.
And we’re just getting started.

Some stories stay quiet for years before they finally ask to be written.
“Gone Fishing” is one of the more emotionally intense chapters from The Dairy Princess Chronicles and touches on difficult childhood themes. Reader discretion advised. 🎣
