As business owners, it is tough to not work. Finding those distractions that keep us calm, that are fun, that distract us from the busyness of our business. Those things are a requirement to continue to be successful, not only in your business, but in your life. Whether it’s family, friends, animals, gardening, or any other hobby that you find, continue to look for the happy distractions. This morning I am looking for tomatoes in my 5 foot tall, tomato plant, and feeding my herd.

I've been called a Girl Friday several times. And it encompasses a lot but not everything I can do. I can do a lot. Everything from bookkeeping, to organization, to mailing flyers and letters, to Social Media, the list is very broad. It's easier to tell you what I can't do. I can't program a computer, I can do taxes but prefer not to due to the cost of the programming, and I prefer not to do Wordpress sites but I can if necessary. I also cannot touch my toes at the moment but am working on it. I am here to help small business focus on their business so I can do the tedious tasks and save them time and money. That's what I do.

As we finish up the presidential debate, we are all at odds with our opinions and next steps. 23 years ago we came together as a nation, and helped each other, comforted one another, we were amazing in the face of absolute tragedy. Today I remember to do that again, help, support and comfort one another. Never losing sight of who and what we lost, and who is our real enemy.
