's children's book is a collection of short stories geared to helping children learn how to settle in for the night and practice getting into a routine that will carry them well into adulthood.

The stories are cute, charming, and calming, capturing the attention of the children while at the same time, allowing their minds to relax instead of getting overly stimulated while parents are trying to get them calm down.

Mr. Vaghela does a remarkable job of bringing story time to life. Children will be anxious to get to bed to hear stories they can relate to, and parents will have a great tool to help them teach their young one how to sleep with little issues. What's even better, these lessons are great for children and adults alike, so whatever the children practice, the parents can practice right along with them.

is 's stunningly vibrant, and surprisingly very poetic, first book in the trilogy.

Ms. Barker took on a task only the best of the best translators have been able to give any justice to when they chose to tackle the mighty Goliath known as the written by the indomitable , only instead of the story being told in the original way that favors the men, The Silence of the Girls is told from one of the women who was taken as slave after her town was conquered and her husband and brothers were all killed.

The Silence of the Girls is a story that grips readers as they read, threatening to cut off their breathing in certain places as they desperately try to make heads or tails of what they just read, hoping against hope they read it wrong, but knowing it was read correctly. The pain that the main character feels is so raw, so eviscerating, readers have to take breaks throughout this book just to get through to the end, especially when it comes to Achilles and his best friend.

Fans of classic literature such as the , and , The Silence of the Girls is an absolute must read. Ms. Barker will transport them into this amazingly heart wrenching world and twist until they think there is nothing left of their hearts, then fill them up with the most hope anyone could imagine, only to repeat the process over and over again. Thankfully, books two and three are now out, and readers don't have to wait to see how this story arc ends.

's book is a stunning story of , , , , , and their , , and most importantly, .

Maeve is a young woman whose life is drastically changed on her twenty-first birthday. Forced to enlist in the King's Army, she has no idea how different, or difficult life is about to become. All she knows, is that she absolutely resents the reason she is forced to join. However, due to issues no one foresaw, Maeve is forced to work with someone who will help protect her, which creates even more resentment.

But not everything is horrendous, as Maeve finds out. She makes some great friends as well as someone she believes will become the second half of her soul; though not everyone is who they appear, creating a betrayal that is more than bone crushing in her opinion and making her seriously doubt her trust in people.

A Kingdom of Salt and Stone is such a story, readers are drawn instantly to the characters, pulling them in with such majestic charisma, they almost can't tell they're living a life outside of the book. Each time young Maeve is drawn to a different instance, or hardship, the readers find themselves looking for ways of either trying to talk Maeve through whatever obstacle she finds herself in or possibly getting her through the obstacles themselves.

To help keep readers on their toes, Ms. Webster has created a story full of magic and wonder. Fans of will definitely get a thrill when they pick up this book for the first, or second, time and realize reality is only 562 mere pages of pure altered, time warping, excitement.

's book is book one in the , series , a fast moving tale about , , , , , , , , and .

Ashes Ashes started off with the leading female being kidnapped and physically abused by an unknown assailant, then somehow after four months, she manages to make her way home where she does her best to put the past behind her and live life on her terms instead of being forced to live in the shadows of what was done to her. Unfortunately, that is a lot easier said than done since she can't control her dreams at night.

To help her try to overcome her past, the leading female's oldest brother hires a security detail to watch over her in hopes of making her feel safe. The problem is, instead of it being an easy job, they find someone assaulting her as she sleeps. Could this be part of the reason for her screaming at night? Who is the person? How is he getting pass the security?

Each of the three brothers in charge the security are bound by loyalty much stronger than blood. And all three would tear the world down to keep the leading female safe, even if it means keeping her safe from herself and the dangerous choices she makes.

Ms. Devereux does an exceptional job making readers get lost in each of the characters; making them feel as if they are living every thing that is happening just the same as the characters are. When the characters cry, the readers will cry, when they hurt, the readers hurt. The same goes for them being happy or silly. However, when then the characters feel a certain deep seated anger waiting to boil over, readers will have to pause or they will end up throwing their book (or kindle) across the room just to be able to try and vent, so readers need to be sure not to have any open drinks next to them as they read this book, and keep in mind, this IS a DARK book, and there are plenty of triggering situations, so please, readers, know what your triggers are before you read.

While it is easy to see the influence of JR Tolkien and his , history fans can just as easily see the similarities between the humans and the , though In the Name of Honor is in no way a King Arthur story.

, author of , book one of the , did what very few authors have been able to pull off; take the legend and put such a unique spin on it, that it feels like the history actually began with his telling of it, instead of however many hundreds of years ago. In fact, the last two major authors to due just this are with his in the and with her in the .

Branwen is told from her point view, explaining the early history of , , , and most importantly, herself. She explains the importance of , how she became , the .

Mr. Snyder's style of writing is more old school, very similar in some ways to Ms. Stewarts style with her Arthurian Saga. The characters grab the readers from the first page, daring them to put the book down before it's finished.

If one loves history and the old legends of Britain, R. L. Snyder's Branwen is a must read. Just one more page becomes one more chapter, and before you know it, you're trying desperately to keep awake to finish the book.

by is the first book in the and is a completely engrossing re-telling of the classic story , only this is a tale of two people the world has sworne to hate. Silas the leading male protagonist, was lucky enough to be born into a family that actually loved him and gave him some morals, while Arianna was born into a family where everyone except her sister either hated her or was afraid of her, and did their best to ignore her. And if they couldn't ignore her, they made Arianna'a life hell, making her wish the family did ignore her.

Because of some reckless choices Arianna's father made, their family became strapped for cash. As a result, he sold her to the town's worst playboy/abuser for a ridiculous bride price in hopes of getting rid of Arianna and maybe having some money for some better things, but things don't go as planned.

Silas rescues Arianna, taking her to his home up north. He marries her, teaches her how to use her power, and gives her the home she has always wanted. The question is are they willing, or able, to pay the price to keep the family they are patching together? Or will the curse destroy them all?

Ms. Cypress does a great job at using descriptive words to put readers in the middle of her book. As readers follow along, they can't help but get tugged back and forth between the two protagonists, not sure who they should root for most. There are parts in the story, readers will want to shout at the leading male, and other parts where they will want to throttle him, but then there are parts where they will want to cheer him on. The same goes for the leading heroine. Readers will ask how can she be so weak (they'll have to remember how she was raised) then cheer her on for standing up to her biggest rivals.

It is assumed the story takes place on a different planet, though it sounds as though it takes place in the 1800s, and the writing style follows along with that quite nicely. The settings sound like a small village in Europe (possibly England or Scotland), though honestly judging by descriptions in the book, it could even be earlier.

Unmasking the Curse is a must read. Hurry and grab a copy now, you'll be thankful you did.

A by is the first half of the duet, and is written in such a way that readers are forced to take breaks during the reading of the book because the intensity becomes too much for just one sitting.

The physical violence and abuse in this book compared to other books that are considered to be dark in nature is quite minimal, but the mind games and manipulation is extreme, starting from when the FMC is in her teens in high-school and continuing well into her college years. When the FMC tells people what is happening, like any good stalker and manipulator, he does it in such a way that those that are supposed to believe her (no questions asked) tell her she must have misunderstood what happened or she's stressed out from work, end of year tests, and college applications.

Ms. Fox is able to hook the readers in instantly. Within the first couple of pages, readers are unable to put the book down due to the fact they are under a propulsion to find out what is going to happen next, but as they keep reading the readers will start to feel as if they are the ones living in the book. They will will start look over their shoulders, to make sure that shadow didn't just get a few inches closer. When they're home, the readers will double and triple check the door and window locks before and after they search their house to make sure no one else is in there with them, and that it is safe to go to bed at night.

If readers are looking for a happy go lucky story filled with platitudes, a Glitch in Her World is not for them, but if readers want a book that is filled with a strong heroine who refuses to give up when the cards are stacked against in a realistic way instead of a fairytale setting, this is the best book to read. Just beaware, the game's afoot, and who will win is anyone's guess.

's book , is book one in the .

Ms. Thorne delivers fast action with the right amount of spice to really peak a readers interest, but not be over the top, even though the story does tend to push everything at a very fast rate, much like , who also does insta-love stories.

The storyline grabs a readers attention immediately within the first page. By the third page, the reader is hooked and anxiously wanting to know what decisions are going to be made, and by the end of the first chapter the reader is desperately looking at the clock to make sure there is still enough time to get at least one hours sleep before they have to get up the next day for work.

The story itself closes at the end of the book, however the story arc continues well after in the following books of the series, so to really understand the entire storyline, readers will need to keep reading the series. Though given how much of a treat book one is, waiting for the following books might be a little tough.
