For Business owners:

“Time Theft” is a real thing! Employees clock in……get to work. Don’t work or simply screw around? Must not want the job!

You’re out the door.

🤝 The secret to marketing success? Relationships. 🤝
Marketing is often seen as data-driven, content-focused, and ROI-obsessed. But behind every campaign, every strategy, and every win is a network of meaningful connections that drive real growth.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
💡Collaborate to Elevate:
The best ideas often don’t come from sitting at your desk—they’re sparked in conversations with others. Cross-functional teamwork can unlock breakthroughs that one team simply can’t achieve alone.
💡Invest in Relationships, Not Just Campaigns:
Building trust with business development, sales, and external partners can lead to exponential opportunities—whether it’s securing buy-in for your next big idea or tapping into an untapped audience.
💡Listen, Then Lead:
Strong relationships don’t just happen by broadcasting your expertise. They start with listening to what others need and tailoring solutions around them.
In marketing, relationships aren’t a “nice to have”, they’re an essential strategy. They turn ideas into action and connections into conversions.
What’s one relationship-building strategy that’s helped you grow personally or professionally?

In sales, always try to get to "YES!"

If you don't have exactly what your potential client is looking for be creative and present options. If the answer ends up being NO then let that be their decision.

Avoid saying NO without trying.
