From the Founder:
Eight years.
To be honest, I’m not sure there’s a clean way to sum up what that really means but I’m going to try.
When I started this company, I had a vision. Not a perfect plan, not a guaranteed outcome but a simple belief that we could build something meaningful. Something that people would want to be a part of. Something that made an impact.
What I didn’t fully understand at the time was just how hard the road would be.
Growing a small company in the digital marketing world is not for the faint of heart. It’s fast, it’s unforgiving, and it never stands still. We’ve had to constantly evolve through shifting platforms, changing algorithms, and an industry that reinvents itself overnight. We navigated the uncertainty of a global pandemic, making tough calls and finding ways to keep moving forward when everything felt paused. And now, we’re in the middle of another massive shift with AI transforming the way we work, think, and create in real time.
These were the moments that tested everything. Our resilience. Our creativity. Our belief in what we were building.
But through all of it, one thing has remained constant: the people.
To every team member who has been part of this journey (past and present) - THANK YOU. You are the heartbeat of this company. You’ve shaped it, challenged it, strengthened it, and brought it to life in ways I could have never done alone. Getting to work alongside you has been the most rewarding part of all of this.
And to our clients, thank you for trusting and allowing us to be part of your growth. There is nothing better than watching you win. Being on your team, building alongside you, and celebrating those victories together are why we do this.
Eight years in, and I can confidently say this: I don’t have all the answers. I can’t predict exactly where marketing or AI will take us next, but I do know this...RAD HOUSE has a bright future ahead and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s next.
