Listing and under contract within 72 hours!
There’s are four key elements to creating exceptional images for real estate.
1) The homeowner needs to delcutter and clean EVERYTHING and bring the home to a near perfect condition. Dark rooms create harsh reflections and dark areas in images.
2) The photographer needs to take his/her time making sure all walls are vertical, all white surfaces are white, and use additional lighting technique to make sure not a single portion of the home is not as bright as possible.
As well are capturing the widest angle without creating distortion in the rooms.
3) During the editing process, the photographer needs to pay attention to very section of images making sure the rooms are as bright, clean and 120% true to color as possible. Haze, dark spots, vanishing lines are completely unacceptable.
4) The job of the real estate agent is to list the homes at the perfect time, using the tools of Facebook, Instagram, and paid google advertisements to maximize open house visit.
It’s at that point when all these vectors work together in harmony and put the home under contract.
Don’t have your photographed by amateur photographers. It can be the difference of a listing being Sold by you or the next agent.
