Do not purchase anything from American AED
Literally on a eight month battle with them to make good on missing items they never shipped from our purchase at the fire department
If you are lucky enough to get them on the phone , ( you probably will not) expect to have some elevator music alone time.
For months thru several emails and phone calls from 2 of our members, they finally promised to mail the back ordered part upon its arrival. Today I reached out to them to check on the shipment status only to be told that they have no record of any emails or phone calls and that their records show that it was shipped on the ordinal date complete. They then told me that since I am only contacting them today, eight months later, they are considering the matter closed.
I won’t make that mistake again Make sure your First responder Organization doesn’t either
