-Choose 3 apartments for me to apply to , I will apply UP TO 5 total on your behalf .
-YOU are REQUIRED to PAY YOUR apartment fees | when dealing with apartments refunding I am NOT in charge of how long it may take
-all documentation provided by me to get you a better chance at approval
-all you have to do is be ready to pick up keys on move in date and pay your apartment fees
-no refunds ‼️ you pay me for a job and that’s what I’m going to do! The apartment community wouldn’t give a full refund rather approved OR denied so treat me as them , it’s a business and a process. Please do not rush me all apartments are not “ move in ready “ as they say online .
