This is what giving back looks like. This is what real mentorship looks like. This is what caring for our next generation looks like. 🫶🏾

Looking back at what we were able to do this summer through 3T’s Hair Creations, my heart is FULL. ❤️
We had young people from 9 to 24 years old in the salon learning hands-on skills—hair, sanitation, salon etiquette, professionalism and what it really takes to work in this industry.
Then Gray Financial Solutions stepped in and added the BUSINESS side. We planted seeds about money management, bookkeeping, expenses, saving and taxes because learning how to make money is one thing… learning what to do with it is another. 💰🌱
You can’t tell me my heart ain’t in this forreal. Even if you tried, the proof is in the work.
I’m grateful for every young person who showed up, every parent who trusted us, and every opportunity God gave me to pour what I know into somebody else. 🙌🏾❤️
And one thing about me… you can drop me to the bottom and watch what I build from nothing. 💪🏾 That’s why it means so much to me to teach the next generation that where you start does NOT have to determine where you finish.
Summer may be over, but the mentorship doesn’t stop.
As we move into tax season, that same spirit of teaching and developing others will continue through Gray Financial Solutions. Different industry, same purpose—give people knowledge, give them a skill, and show them how to build with it.
Today, though, I’m just grateful. 🥹🫶🏾
The babies came.
They learned.
They worked.
They grew.
Seeds were planted, and that made every minute worth it. 🌱❤️
