ITS Classics – Accounting

ITS Classics has over 39 years in the wholesale screen print and embroidery business. We evolved over the years from a local “island” business to a major player in the resort and custom market industry. We have kept our “island” mentality with the hopes of making ITS Classics not only a growing business but also a great place to work.

We are currently seeking to fill a full-time office Accounting position reporting directly into our Office Manager and President.

Compensation per hour based on experience.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years office and accounting experience, customer interfacing a plus. Candidate must be detail oriented. Organization is key to success in this role!
Main Responsibilities:
· Sales order entry, invoicing and account reporting.
· Maintain and update filing system for administration
· Overseeing office billing, accounts receivable and collections.
· Assisting with customer order pick-ups
· Assist in all general office duties upon request

• 8 hour shift – Monday - Friday

Education/Experience:
· High School equivalent/college business administration/accounting preferred
· A background is Quickbooks required.
