As leaders in the field, Next-Gen is uniquely positioned to help clients understand the implications of the NHPUC's decision.

Last year, the state’s utilities reached a rare – and unanimous – agreement with clean energy, environmental, and consumer advocates on the future of the state’s energy efficiency plan. The plan laid out goals to reduce electricity usage by 4.5% and natural gas by 2.8% by 2023. Consumer savi...

We are closely following the recently passed Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). A summary of the spending plan that could encourage economic development is in our latest post.

The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) has become law. President Biden has tapped former New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu (D) as a senior White House adviser to coordinate the implementation of the bill, which cuts across several government agencies. To all veterans of all branches: Thank you for your sacrifice, your bravery, and the example you set for us all. In short, thank you for your service!

We pay tribute to those who served at the Fishkill Supply Depot during the American Revolutionary War. This year was special because it’s the 244th birthday of the US Marine Corps.

We would like to thank NYS Assemblyman , VFW Post 666 Commander Harold Delamater, NYS Assemblyman Kieran Lalor's COS , The Hudson Valley Council Band Directors Althea and , our colleague , and the many Girl and Boy Scout Troops that made the 2019 ceremony memorable.
