I have a strong opinion on this one and I want to hear yours 👇

Here is what the “fix your offer first” camp says:

If your offer isn’t dialed in, ads will just accelerate your failure.

You’ll spend money proving something doesn’t work that you could have figured out for free with organic content and a few conversations.

Get the messaging right.
Get the positioning right.
Get the price point right.

Then run ads. Makes sense on the surface.

Here is what the other camp says:

You will never truly know if your offer works until real cold traffic, people who have never heard of you...

Who have no reason to say yes out of politeness or relationship, actually converts.

Organic feedback is warm feedback. It’s biased.

Your followers already like you.
That is not the market.
That is your fan club.

Ads show you the truth fast.

Here is where I actually land on this.

Your offer doesn’t need to be perfect. It needs to be clear.

Clear on who it’s for.
Clear on what problem it solves.
Clear on why you and not someone else.

If you have that, run the ads. Let the data talk.

Because here is what I have seen over and over again:
