Line Bore Repair completed on a dozer blade. Centered up a bad previous repair job. Welded up cut to spec, snap ring groove cut, bearing backing plate installed. Good as new!!

Some Bore Repair work performed on a CASE Trackhoe for a customer, was worn very badly and the bushings for the main pin had fallen out. Repaired good as new with the BOA. Another piece of equipment back on the job site making $$$.

Some pin and bearing work we done for worn bore and pins on the boom of this unit! Line bored the hole, welded and finish cut back to factory spec. New bearings and pins installed!

Recent pin bore repair on a ram head that crushes scrap steel into square bales. It’s not a item that you can easily find a new one. It was extremely worn. Pins are nice and tight now. Also added some AR400 wear guide plates.
