Print Production Specialist - part time to full time
What You'll Actually Do:
You'll be learning and assisting with production on a variety of projects for local businesses—everything from business cards to wide format signage, banners, and any custom printed materials. Your day-to-day will include:
Assisting customers via phone, email, and in person—answering questions, providing guidance on print options, and helping them navigate the print process
Learning to use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend solutions for their projects
Operating our Xerox digital production printers under guidance and training
Working with specialized equipment, including Duplo cutters, slitters, creasers, folders, and envelope printers
Assisting with wide-format jobs on our Epson printer
Learning file preparation and workflow management using Fiery Command Workstation
Quality checking finished products before they go out the door
What We Need From You:
Strong communication skills - you'll be explaining print processes and options to customers
Customer service mindset - helpful, patient, and professional
Willingness to learn - we'll teach you the technical skills
Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new software
Attention to detail—our clients count on quality work
Team mentality—we work together and help each other out
Positive attitude and genuine care for doing good work
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Any print production experience
Familiarity with Fiery Command Workstation
Graphic design or Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
