I will be taking on a limited amount of weddings per date this year, and just because you book (signed contract & deposit paid) doesn’t mean you can’t tweak what you want — up until two months out, we can make changes!

I got the last of my projects wrapped up this past week and now it is due date week!!!🩵🙈 So a little note to let you know that this mama will be on maternity leave until mid October! You can still inquire, but once baby comes response time will be delayed as I focus on our family and soak up newborn snuggles!

Thank you to my clients who kept me busy up until our due date (kept the creativity flowing as long as possible haha!🙌🏼) — it’ll be tough to stay away during typical “busy season” months but I’m right where I need to be + so grateful I had work to do up until now!! 🥰

Now introducing, FOR PRINT PDFs!!💫

This has been a desire to offer prints since practically the beginning and a long time coming, but just didn’t know how… until I got my iPad and figured it out!

This is an option available for people wanting to download a simple template design to frame themselves. You still get my hand lettered look, but it’s not as custom. Everything comes as is.

- Table numbers 1-20 (pick from 5 design options)!!

- The basics package (cards & gifts, guestbook, and an in memory sign — 3 versions, so you can choose your favorite phrase)!!

- Signatures drink sign!! 🥃🍸

Purchase through Etsy, download, save and print yourself or at print shop and then place in frame or wood/metal stand!

Just another option if you’re looking for a paper good print style!🤍

Isn’t it wild how spring has already come and gone and it’s going to be summertime already?!🌞

Something really neat that has happened over here is getting an iPad which has allowed me to digitalize my signature writing for printing. I’m so happy with how these LINEN signs turned out!! And so obsessed with the sayings on them🫶🏼

The sweetest venue owner came to me and wanted to have some permanent banners made to hang in their cutie green house venue! Such an honor to make these for you, .mi 🤍

Hiiii everyone! Welcome to my page full of all things hand lettered wedding signage!✍🏼

I’m Melanie (last name Jean, where Jean Calligraphy Co. comes from)! I started this after our first son was born as something I could do from home and stay creative! I absolutely love what it has turned into & I’m so happy I have gotten to work with so many beautiful people to really allow me to nurture this skill!!

I wanted to show my face since it’s been a little while & think it’s more FUN + important to know who you’re working with! The face behind all the emails and projects💁🏼‍♀️

If you really knew me, you’d know that I’m obsessed with my family - I am pretty sure I’m a homebody and absolutely love spending time with + planning fun family days! Quality time is my love language. My favorite color is turquoise. Jesus has transformed my life. I love a good home project with the hubs & exploring national parks is some of our favorite adventures!
