Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Coordinator to be the face of the company, create and maintain exceptional service while meeting company goals and expectations. You will assess customer needs, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer communication.

Responsibilities:
▪️Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
▪️Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s needs and offering solutions
▪️Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
▪️Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
▪️Provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes
▪️Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications:
▪️Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or High School diploma with experience
▪️2+ years of account coordinator or customer service experience
▪️Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
▪️Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
▪️Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
▪️Detail oriented and organized is a must

Proud to be a part of a special donor recognition project at the Elaine Denman Recktenwald Center on Terra State Community College's campus. 2-Scale assisted with the design, production and installation of various recognition environments throughout the facility including a fabricated acrylic/aluminum donor wall display and various large format athletic murals in the gymnasium.
