Cadwell worked on some stylish ADA signs this week!

Each level of this building was a different color accent throughout the Sign Package. All of these aspects were cut on our Laser Engraving machine including the lettering and icons. Later passed off to our Paint Department... Paint Department worked hard to complete custom color matching to nail our Client’s vision. Lastly, to our Production area for assembly! 🪴🔹📍

The “Showcase Piece” Donor Walls that we worked on installing this week at Connecticut Children’s Hospital 🌿🪵

These two walls took many people coming together and working as a Team to execute the Client’s vision. From intense design layouts, to coordinating the install team, we worked every week for the past few months to ensure this wall was exactly what it needed to be!

These pieces display the important families & organizations that donate to the Children’s Hospital in support of their cause. Produced in a way to always add more Donor’s to this wall over time!

We are honored to have such an important part of getting these names on display for hospital goers to recognize!

Cadwell completed this wall plaque for a new Client this week! This plaque has a subtle Chocolate-colored background with Gold Lettering showcasing a beautiful metal grain. The letters were mounted using silicone glue with 1 inch long spacers to create a shadow-box look.. The end result is simple but very elegant!! 🤩

Cadwell has become the go-to for University Projects demonstrating Speed and High Quality at Tufts, MIT, Harvard, and Wentworth

Cadwell Design and Sign completed numerous university projects across New England this summer. These university “summer-slam projects” ramp up quickly with fast due dates to help colleges prepare for the back-to-school rush all before Labor Day weekend!

Having a “Green Thumb” holds a different meaning here at Cadwell Design & Sign!! Does this logo look familiar to you? 🤔

We had fun creating 100 of these Daisywheels for Citizen’s Bank! They are designed to be free-standing to sit upon a desk or a shelf. Cadwell’s Team pushed these out the door in 5 days! This product consists of a Laser Cut core piece as well as the Arrows. This allows us to adhere the arrows front & back to create one consistent piece.. that stands on it’s own! Our Paint Department and CNC Department worked hard to create a painless production schedule, finding the easiest way to produce these in a high volume!

MEET THE TEAM
Stephen Moylan | Co-President/Owner

Stephen is a fun-loving and hard-charging business executive with a passion for building winning teams and creating a high-performance company culture. He loves leading the Cadwell team. The team at Cadwell is amazing and now uses web tools, production metrics and new design ideas to build innovative sign systems for Cadwell customers. He is a brand builder and enjoys working with firms like Google, Harvard, MIT, Amazon, MGB, Eli Lilly and the Boston Bruins to help them increase brand recognition and brand awareness. He is a brand champion and fond of saying, “your brand image must radiate quality and personality.”

Stephen and his business partner, Sean Keaveny bought Cadwell Design and Sign in March of 2021 and quickly added new technologies, a 5-Step Design and Manufacturing Process, and a new management team to supercharge the 40-year-old company. The company achieved record revenue by early 2024 and boasts amazing customer satisfaction scores where 96% of clients score Cadwell with an A or A+ for quality and service.

Stephen lives on the north shore with his wife, 2 children and 3 dogs. He loves the outdoors and is an avid boater, skier, golfer and spends summers on the ocean and winters in the mountains.
