As we live so close to a Resort Community, Holly Ridge Buy and Sell has entered into a new category to help others.
In the past Holly Ridge Buy and Sell has focused on helping people sell their belongings on Facebook. We ask the person selling the item to add ten percent onto the price they would like. This way the ten percent that they pay us comes from the buyer.
Now we are branching out into a whole new service. As the owner of Holly Ridge Buy and Sell, I help Independent Contractors that Clean for the Condo Rental Market. What I offer is a Shark Lift Away Vacuum, Cleaning Supplies and micro fiber rags on a monthly basis.
The charge for this service is $69 per month and it includes regular maintenance of the vacuum, cleaning supplies and the cleaning of the micro fiber rags.
