A woman in our program Googled her own brand name and her competitor showed up at the top.

She asked if she should add them as a negative keyword.

No. You increase your daily budget and you increase your bids on your own brand.

That tells Google you’re willing to pay more than they are for the person who is typing your name.

What’s happening is her competitor is running a competitor campaign.

For you, that exact same search is your brand campaign, and it’s the cheapest traffic you will ever buy.

Some of you sell projects worth thousands of dollars, and you won’t spend 50 cents to protect the name that brings them in.

The second you stop bidding on your own brand, you hand your competitor cheap traffic on a name you spent years building.

Bid on your own name. It’s the least expensive insurance in your entire account. 🎯

Do you think it’s possible that someone who has done this all day, every day, for over a decade has run into more situations than you have?

And if they’ve run into more situations, do you think they might have more next moves than you do?

I’ve spent over $200 million on ads. That’s not just me either.

I have a teammate who has spent $200 million too.

It’s the reason we have an answer when your ads stop working on a Tuesday and you have no idea why.

You can figure it out on your own. Most people do. You’ll open your ads manager, feel overwhelmed, and start guessing.

Guessing is expensive. It costs you money and it costs you months.

Experience is not information. Information is free and it’s everywhere.

Experience is knowing what to do next - and in this case, knowing how to Win With Paid Ads.

DM me CHALLENGE and our team of experts will show you what we’d do next. 🎯

You are not getting all your leads from Facebook.

Or Instagram. Or Google. Or YouTube. Or TikTok. Or Pinterest. Or LinkedIn. Or Spotify.

You get them from all of those places, and that has never changed.

Your customer is not sitting in one app waiting for you.

She’s searching on Google at 9am, scrolling Instagram at lunch, listening to a podcast in the car, and asking ChatGPT who to hire before she books a call or buys.

If you’re only in one of those rooms, you’re only findable to the people who happen to walk into that room.

Most people pick a platform because it’s the one they personally like using. That’s a preference, not a strategy.

The platform has to match what your buyer is doing at the moment they find you.

My team has spent over half a billion dollars on ads. Every platform in this post is one we have tested and run.

The best part is you can run every single one of these yourself. No agency. No retainer. No waiting on someone else to log in.

That’s what we teach.

I thought play was getting in the way of my work.

Kyle and I hit ten years of marriage, and we celebrated at what I can only describe as adult summer camp.

We boxed. We hiked. We biked. I did aerial yoga and hung upside down doing something I have never done in my life.

We sat in the sauna, we did the cold plunge, we slept in, and we watched movies in the middle of the day.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it I realized I have not played in years.

Not once since I started my business.

I had quietly decided that if something wasn’t productive, it wasn’t worth my time.

Ten years of marriage and a business I love, and the thing I had cut out was the fun.

Play is the one thing your brain gets to do with no goal attached to it, and that isn’t a break from the work. It’s part of what makes the work good.

Here’s what I know now. You need something in your life that is not a to do list. Something with no point at all except that it’s fun.

I waited way too long to figure that out.

Don’t miss out on it like I did. 💙

I am almost certain we can help you.

And the reason I say we’re ahead of you in this is because I’ve spent the money, worked on the brands, and built the expert team to do it for you.

Ten years of this. All day. Every day.

Ten years of sitting in the account, watching the money move, and fixing what broke that morning.

So even if you already know ads, I am confident you would leave a conversation with us holding one thing you didn’t have before.

And one thing is usually all it takes.

One targeting change. One line of copy. One number you were reading wrong.

That is what changes the trajectory of the whole business.

That’s what the rooms we create are like - Not one person in them treats advertising like a risk to be managed.

You do not have to spend ten years and a few hundred thousand dollars learning what I already learned.

You just have to get in the room with someone who did.

I open my texts.

Then my email.

Then Slack.

Then Boxer.

Then Instagram.

Then I go back to my texts and start the whole thing over.

Then I check my bank account.

I have run that loop more times than I can count, and I never once called it a problem.

My husband didn’t tell me I work too much.

He said my feet were home and my brain wasn’t.

That one landed.

Work is the only addiction people congratulate you for.

Nobody stages an intervention over 14 hour days.

They tell you great job.

Here’s the science that made me stop thinking something was wrong with me: Dopamine is not pleasure, it’s anticipation.

So it was time to change that habit of work addiction.

I left work at noon on a Friday and took my son to lunch, then Target for swords, then ice cream.

On the way home I asked him his favorite part of the day.

He said, “You are my favorite part of my day.”

Nothing broke while I was gone.

That’s the part I’m still working on believing.
