Today is a big day for Natalie Ellis, and I wanted to celebrate it. 🤍

Last year I paid 6-figures to spend a day with Alex Hormozi, and his team looked at my business and told me to pay my people more. I took that feedback and ran with it.

Looking back, I understand exactly why I was hiring the way I was. We were a young company, and a lot of my early team was in their first few years in the workforce, growing right alongside the business. That season made sense for where we were.
