To our valued clients and partners:
We are writing to inform you that we are aware of the growing concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are taking all necessary precautions to keep our clients and our employees safe.
Since our office is located in a public building with significant foot traffic, we are disinfecting all prominent public touchpoints, such as doorknobs, light switches, and table/counter surfaces, before and after each working day. We are also allowing our employees to work remotely whenever possible. We are also offering in-person meetings to shift to phone calls or video chat, as needed.
Below are some additional safety tips which you can use to help protect yourself, your family, and members of our community who may have compromised immune systems.
*Disease Prevention Safety Tips*
• Refrain from shaking hands with, hugging, or touching others
• Refrain from attending large public gatherings
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
• Clean and disinfect frequently-touched objects, such as phones
• Wash your hands often with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds
• If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
