They asked us for T-shirts.
We asked when they’d actually be wearing them.
A workforce program was getting ready to welcome a new group of young people entering the trades. Most would be working outdoors from October through spring.
Suddenly, a T-shirt didn’t make much sense on a 38-degree morning at 7 a.m.
So we changed the order.
Instead of tees, we went with soft shell jackets they could wear on the job site, to an interview, and everywhere in between.
Because sometimes the right branded apparel isn’t what you originally planned to order.
It’s what your people actually need.

Hear us out.
You order shirts today.
Six months later, you reorder them.
Same logo.
Same colors.
