We're developing a Reentry Workforce Development Program that provides employment opportunities for individuals returning from incarceration who have completed vocational training, certifications, or educational programs while incarcerated.

Many talented people leave prison with valuable skills but struggle to find employers willing to give them a chance. We believe that experience, determination, and a commitment to growth deserve an opportunity.

Through FMG.TV, participants will have the opportunity to work on real media productions, strengthen their professional skills, gain hands-on industry experience, and continue building a pathway toward long-term employment and entrepreneurship.

We're also interested in connecting with community organizations, reentry programs, employers, and supporters who believe that reducing recidivism starts with creating meaningful opportunities.

A person's past shouldn't determine their future. When people are given a real chance to work, contribute, and succeed, our entire community benefits.

There's something we all need to work on: emotional maturity.
If you don't understand what someone is building, ask questions before you start giving advice. Too many people get defensive the moment they hear something they're unfamiliar with. Not understanding something isn't the problem...pretending you do is.
If you don't know what an OTT platform is, that's okay. But don't try to educate someone who's been building and operating one. Before you start teaching, take a moment to understand who you're talking to.
Too many people are eager to prove they're experts, yet they haven't built anything they actually own. There's a difference between using someone else's platform and owning the platform itself.
Competition without accomplishment is just noise.
Being creative doesn't automatically make you an executive. Running a business requires vision, leadership, strategy, and ex*****on. Those are different skill sets.
It's like trying to teach someone how to build a bank when you've never owned one. Or trying to explain business to someone who's already doing business at a level you don't understand.
I'm not interested in arguing with people who refuse to learn. I'm focused on building, owning, and creating opportunities.
Before you try to school somebody, make sure you've taken the time to understand what they've already built.
Stay humble. Stay teachable. Keep building.
