🎉 Allied Multicultural is committed to sharing the stories of young activists pushing the limits and leaving an indelible mark on history this :
George Lee Jr. (): Known as “The Conscious Lee,” George uses his expertise in education to challenge and discuss systemic racism and social inequalities.
Kahlil Green (.greene): a prominent Gen Z activist and social media influencer. As Yale’s first Black student body president, Kahlil uses social media to educate people on cultural history, racial justice and inspire change.
Garrison Hayes (): A digital storyteller and activist known for his engaging content on culture, race, and social issues. Garrison educates audiences about contemporary issues with historical context and perspective on TikTok and Instagram.
Jerome Foster II (): an environmental and climate justice activist honored as ’s Next Generation Leader. Jerome also advised on the White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council under the Biden administration.
Taylor Cassidy (): a dynamic social activist who shines on social media, using humor and historical insights to educate on Black history and notable Black figures through her popular series “Fast Black History.”
Zyahna Bryant (): a dedicated activist and community organizer from Charlottesville, VA, who played a pivotal role in removing a Confederate statue in Charlottesville. Zyahna continues to champion racial and educational equity.
Mari Copeny (): “Little Miss Flint,” Mari first advocated for her community during the Flint water crisis at eight years old, and continues raising awareness on clean water access. Mari is also an advocate for the power of young voices to effect meaningful change.
Amanda Gorman (): a Harvard graduate, activist, and the youngest inaugural poet in U.S. history, Amanda uses her poems to confront oppression, marginalization, and other social issues, to inspire a new generation.
