Thirteen years. That number really sinks in when you stop and think about it.
Katie has been with Hilltop through more seasons of this business than most people ever experience — growth, setbacks, reinvention, and the steady work it takes to keep showing up. Over that time, she hasn’t just been a graphic designer here; she has been a constant and a critical part of how Hilltop has grown and matured.
She is quirky, thoughtful, wildly creative, and a true intellectual. She brings intention to her work, depth to her thinking, and faith to how she shows up — even when things are challenging. Katie has been the creative driver behind many of our most ambitious projects, helping turn big ideas into real, tangible results when the stakes were high and the pressure was real.
Outside of work, Katie loves spending time with her husband Fisher and their cats among countless other interests and hobbies. She loves good food, great coffee shops, Incubus, and art — and that curiosity and culture consistently show up in her work.
