So we have had on going issues off and on with the laminator holding tension correctly since we bought the company last year and we have tried different small fixes over this time and have resolved some of the issues but not all. So the hubs starts researching the machine and realizes it's missing the 2 core bushings that could potentially be the fix. So we found a company that offers the parts for the machine we have and we ordered them. So after we order we are notified a week later that the parts are on a 2 month back order. So when your married to a machinest, he jumps into action and fabricated 2 core bushings we needed. So the 1st 2 pictures is the materials prior to fabrication. The last picture is after they have been completed and ready for install. This is not the 1st part that he has fabricated and im sure it will not be his last. His lathe has definitely paid for itself many times now with all the different race car parts and many other parts that he has made from scratch with no program. He does do some machining on the side if anyone needs anything shoot us a message we maybe able to help you as well.

I can finally post and share one of our latest project we turned out. The customer come and picked them up yesterday for the reveal and they turned out just as he envisioned them to be. Each of these displays are 32 feet long reaching from one side of our shop to the other wall to wall. So the theme this year for East Jackson Band was GROOVE. So each year we are honored to be able to work along side East Jackson to produce and sponsor there graphics for there half time show. Each year is a different theme this year's was a heartbeat. I love the fact that these are always so fun to create and produce for them. We are so blessed that you give us this opportunity each year. Thank you for supporting our local small business.
